Where to begin…The views, the food, the sunset, the people…Santorini definitely lives up to the hype. It is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been and will definitely be going back! We decided to stay in Oia and we were so happy with the decision. It is a bit quieter than Fira (the capital) but it still has plenty of shops and restaurants and the famous Oia sunset is truly spectacular.

To do:

Rent quad bikes to explore the island

Watch the sunset from Oia

Explore all the shops on the pedestrian walkway

Eat Tomatokeftedes (fried tomato balls)

Visit the beaches

Part two will follow soon…
